Job summary

RoboHub in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a hands-on Operations and Finance Coordinator to oversee daily accounting, stock control, procurement, and project coordination. You will ensure accurate recording of transactions, maintain VAT compliance, and coordinate logistics from supplier to showroom.

Responsibilities include handling Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, managing marketplace orders on Amazon.ae and Noon, and ensuring showroom readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory is preferred.
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT and FTA documentation requirements.
• Experience in accounts, stock control, logistics, procurement, project coordination, or related operations.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, record keeping, and follow-through.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple operational activities at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day accounting activities including sales invoices, credit notes, receipts, outstanding receivables, petty cash, vendor payments, and supplier reconciliations.
• Maintain supporting documentation for sales, purchases, VAT, payments, expenses, and operations per FTA record-keeping requirements.
• Manage stock and company assets via Zoho Inventory: receiving, stock movements, counts, reorder levels, and asset records.
• Handle procurement, logistics, marketplace operations (local and international shipments), vendor coordination, and Amazon/Noon orders, returns, refunds, settlements.
• Prepare for rental and sales projects: delivery schedules, venue access, loading bay, permits, staffing, transport docs, and kit readiness.
• Complete project handover and closure with rental collections, equipment checks, delivery docs, and records updates.
