Job summary

Halo Med Medical Equipment and Aesthetics in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant and Admin to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and office administration on-site. You will record financial transactions, maintain ledgers, support financial reporting under supervision, and collaborate with finance, operations and customer-facing teams to ensure accurate records and timely processing.

A diploma or bachelor's in accounting is preferred; 1–2 years of experience; Zoho Books

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Accounting and Bookkeeping; accurately recording financial data.
• Experience or training in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and basic reporting.
• Invoicing processes; creating, issuing, and tracking invoices and payments.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial information and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office for financial tasks.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal English communication; additional languages advantageous.
• On-site in Dubai; maintain confidentiality and collaborate with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain ledgers.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and basic reporting.
• Manage invoicing processes; issue and follow up on payments.
