Job summary

RoboHub.ae in Dubai is seeking a proactive Showroom Administrator to manage day-to-day showroom administration, stock control, vendor documentation, logistics, and e-commerce orders.

You will maintain accurate customer and inventory records in company systems, coordinate deliveries and imports, support project preparation, showroom upkeep, lead management, and ensure timely dispatch. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business/ops/logistics required
• 1–3 years in administration, inventory, logistics or e-commerce coordination
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Zoho Books/CRM preferred
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT and FTA invoice requirements
• Strong organizational skills; can manage stock, docs, deliveries and multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable interacting with customers, vendors, delivery teams and internal technical staff
• Attention to detail with strong data-entry and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Experience in e-commerce order processing, shipping or inventory management a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage showroom stock and inventory; record movements in the system
• Coordinate vendor purchases; verify invoices and required documents
• Arrange local UAE deliveries and international shipments with approved couriers
• Process online orders; pack, label and ship within required timelines
• Prepare admin documentation for robot rental, sales, demos and events
• Maintain showroom maintenance records and coordinate with management/partners
• Capture and record visitor data; enter leads into CRM and follow up
