Job summary

IIQAF Group in Dubai is seeking dedicated Airport Ground Staff to support daily airport operations and passenger handling. The role involves assisting with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and coordinating with airline and ground handling teams.

Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced airport environment while upholding safety and high service standards. Prior airport ground operations experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; aviation-related diploma is a plus.
• Experience in airport ground staff or passenger handling is preferred.
• Knowledge of check-in, boarding procedures and baggage handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes, baggage drop-off, and boarding.
• Support ground handling ops to ensure efficient passenger movement and aircraft turnaround.
• Guide passengers through terminals and gates.
• Handle inquiries on flight schedules, gates, delays, and baggage services.
• Coordinate with airline reps and airport staff.
• Assist with baggage loading/unloading and tagging.
• Verify travel documents and boarding passes.
• Provide special assistance to elderly, families with children, and passengers with reduced mobility.
• Monitor flight information and communicate updates.
• Follow safety and security regulations.
• Report delays and baggage discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in assigned areas.
• Deliver courteous and efficient customer service throughout the journey.
