Job summary

Morgan Cargo Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Dubai to manage air freight operations, oversee air waybill issuance, and ensure strict regulatory compliance for international shipments.

You will coordinate with carriers, clients, and agents, monitor storage and handling conditions (including temperature controls for sensitive goods), manage dangerous goods documentation, and pro actively address shipment issues, liability, and claims to keep freight moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with international air waybill documentation and processes.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate completion and issuance of air waybills, adhering to conventions.
• Certify danger goods documentation is complete and compliant with international standards.
• Coordinate with carriers to manage transportation and storage conditions, including temperature controls.
• Act as primary contact for clients and agents regarding consignment details and shipment conditions.
• Manage claims for loss, damage, or delay within required time frames.
