Job summary

CD+M Lighting Design Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Admin & HR Coordinator to join our UAE office. You will manage HR and administration from start to finish within a dynamic design consultancy environment.

The role requires HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and payroll coordination, plus proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Odoo HR/Admin. You will maintain employee records, leave and travel arrangements, ensuring compliance and smooth operations for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration / office management.
• Experience in architectural/design consultancy firms (design/lighting) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment, visa and PRO processes.
• Payroll and WPS coordination experience.
• Employee records, leave, insurance and renewals management.
