Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting or related field.
• 2 years administration and accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; UAE VAT familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration and documentation.
• Handle emails, correspondence, telephone calls, and filing.
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other business documents.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized records and provide general administrative support to management.
• Maintain daily accounting records and assist with bookkeeping.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Assist with VAT documentation and compliance requirements in the UAE.
• Coordinate with the finance team and external auditors when required.
