Job summary

Legends Accounting Services in Dubai is seeking an Admin Cum Accountant to handle administrative tasks and drive our accounting functions with precision. You will manage invoices, records, reimbursements, and VAT compliance while supporting audits and financial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office and accounting software skills. This is a full-time Dubai-based position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years in a similar role; administrative and accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with XERO/QuickBooks/Tally/ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting tasks: process invoices, receipts, payments, and more.
• Maintain precise records of transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
• Support employee reimbursements and handle petty cash with meticulous care.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and assist in financial audits.
• Keep us compliant! Manage KYC requirements and UAE VAT regulations.
