Cigna Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Middle East and Africa finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate processing of invoices, VAT compliance, and timely vendor payments within the Dubai office.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 3 years in accounts payable, and strong MS Office skills. Excellent communication and time-management abilities are essential for handling multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure invoices and supporting docs are received, reviewed, and processed accurately per VAT regulations.
• Match invoices with supporting documents and receive records; post to appropriate accounts.
• Process vendor payments timely with proper authorisation and company policy.
• Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions.
• Resolve internal and external queries within defined timeframes.
• Support month-end closing activities and timely payment processing.
• Communicate in English, written and verbal.
