Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or training coordination role.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Experience in transport logistics, mobility or service industries is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and MS Office applications.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage remedial training sessions in LMS.
• Coordinate training schedules and ensure training rooms are prepared and available.
• Maintain accurate training records attendance sheets and supporting documentation.
• Generate and distribute training completion reports and other training-related reports.
• Ensure all training administration is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Contact drivers who do not report for scheduled training sessions and follow up to secure attendance.
• Escalate repeated no-shows and raise absconding reports for drivers who refuse to attend training.
• Coordinate with Operations regarding driver handover for remedial training and post-training completion.
• Monitor daily training schedules and ensure smooth administrative support for all sessions.
• Support trainers with administrative requirements before during and after training sessions.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and training databases.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly training reports.
• Ensure all remedial training records attendance sheet copies are updated in LMS.
