Responsibilities

• Safely transport company staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
• Deliver and collect documents, office materials, and business-related parcels on time.
• Ensure the assigned company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Monitor fuel levels, service schedules, insurance, and vehicle registration renewals.
• Plan efficient travel routes to minimize delays and optimize travel time.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with loading and unloading light office materials or packages when required.
