Job summary

PME is seeking an experienced Tendering Leader in Abu Dhabi to own the end-to-end bid cycle for drilling and upstream products and services. You will shape win strategies, develop technical and commercial bids, and lead negotiations through award in ADNOC environments with emphasis on ICV and local content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Drilling, or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8–15 years of bids, proposals, or service delivery experience in drilling/completion/intervention with NOC/IOC exposure preferred.
• Strong technical understanding across DD/MWD/LWD/RSS, BHA design, cementing and completions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of the tendering process (EOIs, RFIs, RFTs, ITTs) and ensure timely submission.
• Develop executable technical solutions and method statements; coordinate with OEMs and partners.
• Prepare cost models and price-to-win strategies; align LDs, KPIs and warranties.
• Support negotiations, clarifications, and handovers up to award and operations start.
