Job summary

Ghobash Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled HVAC Draftsman to prepare detailed MEP/HVAC layout drawings, shop drawings, GA drawings and as-built drawings according to project requirements.

You will interpret design inputs, coordinate with engineers, ensure compliance with ASHRAE/SMACNA/NFPA, support site teams, maintain drawing registers and contribute in technical meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 48years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman in oil & gas / industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems including chilled water systems ducting ventilation and pressurization systems.

• Prepare detailed MEP/HVAC layout drawings ducting layouts piping layouts and equipment arrangement drawings.
• Develop shop drawings GA drawings and as-built drawings as per project requirements.

• Coordinate with MEP/HVAC engineers to incorporate design changes and technical clarifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with ASHRAE SMACNA NFPA project specifications and client standards.

• Participate in technical meetings when required and provide drafting support during project execution.
