Job summary

K4 Group is seeking an experienced Marble Draftsman Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on marble shop drawings, detailing, production coordination, and site coordination for high-end luxury fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong Auto CAD skills, a solid understanding of marble fabrication and installation, and the ability to manage multiple drawings and deadlines while coordinating with Project Managers and production teams in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marble/stone drafting and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and marble detailing.
• Good understanding of marble fabrication and installation processes.
• Experience with shop drawings, cutting lists, slab mapping, and production drawings.
• UAE experience in marble, stone, fit-out, or construction is preferred.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple drawings and project requirements while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate marble shop drawings, cutting lists, slab layouts, and fabrication drawings using Auto CAD.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Factory/Production Teams, and Installation Teams.
• Review drawings, site measurements, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate drawing revisions based on site conditions, client requirements, and project changes.
• Prepare drawings for marble flooring, walls, stairs, countertops, vanities, cladding, and other stone works.
• Coordinate with the factory for fabrication, CNC/waterjet requirements, cutting, and material planning.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and technical verification when required.
• Track drawing submissions, revisions, approvals, and ensure timely release of drawings for production and installation.
