Job summary

Careers International in Dubai seeks a skilled Draftsman with strong experience in interior design and fit-out projects. You will prepare accurate technical drawings, shop drawings and detailed layouts in coordination with the design and project teams.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in interior design, architecture or civil engineering and at least 35 years of experience, with mandatory AutoCAD proficiency. UAE/GCC experience is preferred and immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience as a Draftsman.
• Mandatory experience in Interior Design & Fit-Out projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of 3D software SketchUp or Revit is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings and interior fit-out drawings.
• Experience in joinery and furniture detailing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings, shop drawings and detailed layouts for interior fit-out projects.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans and joinery drawings.
• Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
• Prepare and revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Engineers and site teams.
• Prepare detailed drawings for joinery, furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring and other interior elements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain documentation and drawing revisions.
• Support the project team with clarifications and drawing modifications.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with strong experience in Interior Design and Fit-Out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings shop drawings and detailed layouts in coordination with the design and project teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings shop drawings and detailed layouts for interior fit-out projects.
  
• Develop floor plans elevations sections ceiling plans and detailed joinery drawings.
  
• Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
  
• Prepare and revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
  
• Coordinate with Interior Designers Project Engineers and site teams.
  
• Prepare detailed drawings for joinery furniture partitions ceilings flooring and other interior elements.

Requirements
