Job summary

Accor in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Doorman to warmly welcome guests at the main door and greet them with a professional, friendly demeanor. You will personalize the resort orientation and maintain a strong lobby presence as an ambassador of the property and brand.

The successful candidate will demonstrate service focus, strong communication, and teamwork, thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with Accor's standards.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience is an asset
• UAE Light Vehicle Driving License Holder would be preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
