We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin / Document Controller (Freelance) to support one of our client's projects (Construction) in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authority Submissions & Coordination: Manage all project-related submissions, approvals, and compliance processes with relevant local authorities, ensuring smooth and timely approvals.
- Documentation & Control: Prepare, maintain, and update project submittals, logs, correspondence, and other records accurately and on time.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day admin support to the project team, including scheduling, tracking documentation, and assisting with reports.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and client requirements for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between project stakeholders, consultants, and authorities for document-related matters.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 10 September – 10 December 2025 (subject to extension or early completion based on project requirements)
- Location: Flexible – can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in document control and admin support within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of local authority submission procedures and coordination processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Candidate must have their own visa (family sponsorship or freelance visa)
- Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
