Job summary

Egis Group seeks a Division Director for Bridges & Steel Construction to lead its core business area. The successful candidate will have full strategic, technical, operational, and commercial responsibility for complex projects primarily for RTA Dubai. Candidates must demonstrate extensive leadership experience and a strong command of RTA standards and approvals.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of proven experience in managing large-scale bridge projects in the UAE. The position offers a full-time employment contract without remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in Bridge Construction with substantial exposure to RTA Dubai bridge projects.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience managing large-scale bridge and steel structure projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, foundations, bearings, expansion joints, and marine/road interface works.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the Bridges & Steel Construction Division.
• Lead the execution of bridge and steel structure projects from tendering to handover.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, cost control, and profitability of all divisional projects.
