Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking a Field Learning Strategist to design and evolve a comprehensive Field Learning Ecosystem aligned with sales and growth objectives in Dubai. You will develop onboarding, ongoing development, and field performance programs, and create scalable experiences using virtual instructor-led training, microlearning, and simulations.

You will also implement AI-enabled learning tools to enhance field development, and establish KPIs that connect learning initiatives with sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning strategy, sales, or performance consulting.
• Experience designing and delivering remote and digital learning programs.
• Strong facilitation skills in virtual environments.
• Comfort experimenting with AI-enabled learning tools.
• Applicable life and required securities licensure (Series 6, 63, and 26).
