Horace Mann seeks a seasoned Learning & Enablement leader to execute and scale its Sales Learning Ecosystem, design AI-powered solutions, and lead a skilled team of trainers and curriculum designers across remote and field

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in learning strategy, sales, or performance consulting
• Expertise in adult learning principles and behavior-based learning
• Experience leading remote and digital learning transformation initiatives
• Strong virtual facilitation skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed enterprise environment
• Property & Casualty and Life & Retirement licensure (Series 6, 63, 26) or willingness to obtain within one year
