Job summary

VHR Recruitment seeks a Senior Business Manager to support the Operations Division in delivering the Guest disruption Recovery programme. You will analyze business processes, operational data and stakeholder requirements, translating needs into clear requirements, process designs and implementation documentation that improve guest recovery during irregular operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 4-5 years in a Business Manager/Operations Manager/Process Manager or transformation role.
• Experience supporting operational transformation or programme delivery in aviation, transport, or time-critical environments is preferred.
• Proven experience documenting business requirements, process flows, functional specs, user stories and test scenarios.
• Experience with disruption management, guest recovery or passenger servicing processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps, pain points, dependencies and opportunities to improve disruption response and guest recovery execution.
• Support development of business cases, options analyses, benefits tracking and impact assessments for disruption solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, process designs and acceptance criteria for tech and ops delivery teams.
• Analyse performance data, disruption scenarios, root causes and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated end-to-end solutions.
• Support workshops and sessions, capturing outputs and turning decisions into actions and docs.
