Job summary

eMagine Solutions DMCC in DIFC, Dubai, seeks a Director/VP-level investments leader to manage the end-to-end lifecycle from thesis to execution and ongoing value delivery across energy & infrastructure. You will drive JV origination, structuring and governance, and oversee portfolio performance to deliver EBITDA uplift.

You will engage senior stakeholders including shareholders and advisors in a high-regulation DIFC environment, with on-site or hybrid work in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Senior investment leader with private equity, principal investing, portfolio management or corporate & investment banking experience.
• Track record across JVs and strategic partnerships; energy/infrastructure exposure preferred.
• Board-level exposure and confidence working with C-suite and shareholders.
• Excellent financial modelling and investment judgement (IRR/NPV, sensitivity analyses).
• Hands-on post-close operational impact and value creation experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead full investment lifecycle: origination/screening, valuation, due diligence, negotiation and closing.
• Structure and operationalise JVs and partnerships with governance and board involvement.
• Drive portfolio governance, reporting to boards and exec committees.
• Deliver post-investment value: efficiency, cost optimisation, growth initiatives and EBITDA uplift.
• Own senior stakeholder management across shareholders, partners, advisors, and internal leadership.
• Support transaction readiness; IPO exposure is a plus.
