Job summary

JS Talent Hub is seeking an experienced Finance Director for a well-established energy sector organisation in Dubai, UAE. You will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee FP&A, treasury, reporting and governance to drive growth and efficiency.

The role requires senior finance leadership with a strong track record in energy projects, capital investment and regulatory compliance within a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• ACCA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A to align with growth.
• Oversee IFRS reporting, UAE tax/compliance and treasury operations.
• Manage CAPEX, investment appraisals and financial modelling for major projects.
• Drive profitability, cost optimisation and robust internal controls.
• Provide strategic guidance to CEO and Board and manage stakeholder relationships.
