Job summary

talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Director of Special Projects & Performance for the MENA region. You will lead a small, high-impact team and collaborate with market MDs and the CIO to drive cross-market initiatives in Food and Q-commerce, spanning diagnosis to execution.

You will travel across the MENA markets, own performance metrics, and partner with executives to shape strategy and delivery while building capability and ensuring sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Senior regional leadership experience in tech/high-growth environments.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L ownership and budgeting.
• Proven ability to drive cross-market strategic initiatives and partner with executive leadership.
