Talabat is seeking a Director, Special Projects & Performance to lead regional initiatives from the CIO office, spanning eight markets and driving both strategic and operational outcomes. You will guide a lean team and collaborate with market leaders to fix performance gaps and deliver growth.

This role blends strategic analysis with hands-on execution, including AI-driven initiatives and cross-market turnaround projects across the MENA region, with regular travel to markets and frontline

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth tech, strategy, or management roles.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the MENA region.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and P&L ownership.
• Highly analytical with advanced problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to operate at ExCo level and lead senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional performance across all talabat markets, including Food and Q-commerce.
• Partner with market MDs and regional finance on budgeting and forecasts.
• Drive cross-market strategic priorities and ensure coordinated execution.
