Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate in the UAE seeks an Associate Director of Leasing to lead leasing performance for residential and commercial assets, shaping portfolio-wide strategies and driving occupancy and revenue.

You will lead Leasing and Leasing Administration teams, coordinate with Asset Management, Finance and Legal, build a broker network, and negotiate high-value transactions to optimize the portfolio in Dubai.

Qualifications

15+ years UAE real estate experience with exposure to residential and commercial leasing.
Proven track record in delivering significant leasing revenue targets.
Experience in developing and implementing portfolio-level leasing strategies.
Strong understanding of UAE property market dynamics and DLD/RERA regulations.
Established network across UAE brokers.
Ability to generate new business opportunities through market relationships.
Strong financial and analytical skills, including pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
Experience leading Sales, Leasing, and Leasing Administration teams and managing the complete transaction lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall leasing strategy for the residential and commercial portfolio, translating business objectives into asset-level plans and targets.
Lead the Leasing and Leasing Administration teams, establishing targets and performance standards.
Drive revenue growth through pricing, rental optimisation, lease structures, and tenant retention strategies.
Manage end-to-end leasing transactions with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
