RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and issue valuation advice across both commercial and residential property principally for secured lending in line with RICS Red Book requirements.


• Undertake a peer review of reports prepared by surveyors prior to issue to the client.


• Manage and take an active role in training junior surveyors in the preparation of valuation and property advice.


• Cultivate new client relationships.


• Overseeing a team of surveyors in relation to instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.


• To the extent required assist in the delivery of LPA receivership and restructuring cases blending valuation asset management and transaction management skillsets.


• Undertake advisory assignments with a focus on Options Analysis and value recovery particularly in relation to workout and insolvency scenarios.


• Assist with any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

• MRICS Qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (report writing and proofreading capabilities essential).


• Track record of delivering providing expert knowledge of real estate generally including valuation principles.


• Diligent conscientious and highly motivated with the ability to work to a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environment.


• Superior interpersonal communication marketing sales and organizational skills.


• Excellent research abilities.


• Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.


• Proficient in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.


• Valid drivers license.
