Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Emirati Director – Projects on behalf of a leading Dubai-based organization. The role focuses on planning and delivering major real estate, construction and infrastructure initiatives in the UAE.

We require a senior professional with a proven track record in large-scale projects, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of contracts, cost and risk management. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and report to senior management on progress and financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale and complex projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of construction, project controls, contracts, cost and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major real estate, construction and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines and delivery plans aligned with objectives.
• Oversee consultants, contractors and PM teams; ensure scope, budget, schedule and quality adherence.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide senior management with updates on progress, risks and financials.
• Drive governance, reporting and project controls across the portfolio.

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Emirati Director – Projects on behalf of a leading Dubai-based organization.

We are looking for a senior projects and construction professional with a strong background in civil engineering, real estate development, construction and large-scale project delivery to lead the planning and execution of major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major real estate, construction and infrastructure projects from planning and design through completion.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines and delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, project management teams and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Review designs, construction progress, technical submissions and project milestones.
• Manage contracts, procurement processes, variations, claims and commercial matters in coordination with relevant teams.
• Establish effective governance, reporting and project controls across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
• Provide senior management with regular updates on project progress, risks, financial performance and key decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and best practices across project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale and complex projects in the UAE or wider GCC.
• Strong knowledge of construction, project controls, contracts, cost management and risk management.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
