Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Emirati Director – Projects on behalf of a leading Dubai-based organization. We are looking for a senior projects and construction professional with a strong background in civil engineering, real estate development, construction and large-scale project delivery to lead planning and execution of major projects.

The role requires end-to-end delivery oversight, governance, and senior stakeholder management across real estate, construction and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Extensive senior-level experience in project management, construction or real estate development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale and complex projects in UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of construction, project controls, contracts, cost and risk management.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred; UAE national status is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major real estate, construction and infrastructure projects from planning and design through completion.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines and delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, project management teams and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Review designs, construction progress, technical submissions and project milestones.
• Manage contracts, procurement processes, variations, claims and commercial matters in coordination with relevant teams.
• Establish effective governance, reporting and project controls across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
• Provide senior management with regular updates on project progress, risks, financial performance and key decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and best practices across project delivery.
