You will originate and manage a high-net-worth/UHNW portfolio, leverage a strong professional network, and collaborate with UAE leadership to expand market presence.

The ideal candidate brings UHNW client acumen, deep regulatory and cultural understanding, and a track record of sustainable asset growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating as a Director-level Private Banker or equivalent.
• Management of a substantial portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients with growth in assets and revenues.
• Strong experience across the Middle East wealth management market with a broad network.
• Understanding of cultural, regulatory and commercial dynamics in the region.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior ambassador for Barclays Private Bank across the Middle East.
• Leverage your professional network to generate new client opportunities.
• Support UAE franchise growth through market insight and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues, sharing market expertise.
