Arabian Ethicals in Dubai is seeking an Operations Director to own end-to-end GDP‑compliant distribution from warehouse to patient across pharmaceutical, healthcare, animal health and consumer products.

You will shape a 3‑year operations strategy, lead cross‑functional teams, manage warehousing, cold chain, procurement, regulatory audits and continuous improvement programs, while partnering with sales and finance.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in operations/logistics within pharma or regulated distribution.
• GDP‑regulated distribution experience and leadership of multi‑site teams.
• Hands‑on with ERP/WMS and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience operating in the GCC/MENA region and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharma/healthcare distribution, ensuring GDP compliance and cold chain integrity.
• Define and execute a multi‑year operations strategy aligned to growth and regulation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across warehousing, procurement, planning, and quality.
• Drive cost optimisation, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
