Job description

Job responsibilities

• Formulate game revenue model, payment structure and props system strategy;
• Monitor user conversion and LTV performance, optimize pricing strategy and props combination;
• Cooperate with product, operation and BI team to promote the landing of multiple commercialization scenarios;
• Analyze the commercial strategies of competing products and propose innovative revenue models in conjunction with market trends;
• Establish commercialization testing mechanism to verify the effect of various promotional programs.

Job Requirements

• More than 7 years of commercialization operation or product experience and more than 3 years of management experience;
• Familiar with the business model of iGaming or other high-paying games;
• Proficient in revenue metrics structure and user tiering model;
• Solid data analysis and experimental design skills;
• Ability to work in both English and Chinese, and experience in globalization business design is a plus.

Plus points

• Familiar with RFM modeling and A/B testing;
• Experience in community or KOL operation is preferred.
