Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a motivated hospitality student or recent graduate to assist the Food & Beverage team across restaurant, café and outlet operations. You will help prepare dining areas, maintain cleanliness, welcome guests, and ensure a positive dining experience while adhering to food safety standards.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a diploma or bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, with strong English communication, teamwork, and a professional appearance.

Job Description

• Assist the Food & Beverage team with daily restaurant, café, and outlet operations.
• Support the service team in preparing dining areas before service and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Welcome and assist guests professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Learn and follow established food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with table setup, menu presentation, and basic food and beverage service.
• Support the team in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing restaurants and outlets for special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Observe and learn proper handling of guest requests, feedback, and complaints under supervision.
• Assist with stock organization, inventory checks, and replenishment when required.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the F&B Manager or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in restaurant operations and the hospitality industry.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is an advantage but not mandatory.
