TalentOne is seeking a Cybersecurity Officer to oversee the organization's cybersecurity posture, aligning security controls with business objectives and maintaining the security infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises environments in Abu Dhabi.

The role combines governance, risk, and compliance oversight with hands‑on security expertise, translating cyber risks into business terms while driving organization‑wide security initiatives and meeting regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master’s preferred).
• CISSP, CEH, GCIH, GCIA, OSCP, or GPEN.
• Cloud security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer).
• GIAC, CompTIA Security+, or CySA+ for foundational validation.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and standards.
• Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments and track remediation progress.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory examinations.
• Develop and deliver enterprise security awareness and training programs.
• Design, deploy, and maintain security infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Operate and tune SIEM platforms to detect anomalous activity.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and manage patch management and configuration compliance.
