Job summary

Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to own strategy, governance, and SOC operations. You will drive security architectures, risk management, and regulatory alignment across the enterprise.

Lead the SOC, implement Zero Trust, IAM, PAM, and DevSecOps, and coordinate with IT and governance teams. You will mentor a diverse security team and report to the VP of Digital & Technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the cybersecurity operations roadmap in line with organisational policies and standards.
• Direct the SOC 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, investigation, and triage.
• Oversee security technologies including SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR to reduce false positives and improve response times.
• Lead privileged access management, IAM controls, and joiner/mover/leaver processes with IT.
• Drive vulnerability management lifecycle, remediation tracking, and secure configuration management.
• Coordinate incident response activities, regulatory notifications, and post-incident reviews.
