The role blends strategic TA leadership, hands-on senior mandates and team coaching to deliver high-impact recruitment outcomes.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, build proactive pipelines, monitor KPIs and elevate candidate experience while navigating Emiratization priorities and international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition for senior and critical roles.
• Deep knowledge of UAE talent market and Emiratization priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the TA strategy aligned with business growth and Emiratization priorities.
• Advise senior stakeholders on talent availability, market intelligence and hiring risks.
• Build proactive pipelines for cybersecurity and technology leadership roles.
• Drive TA analytics, governance and candidate experience improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team with clear ownership.
• Track KPIs such as time-to-hire, pipeline health and offer conversion.
• Manage executive and senior mandates from market mapping to offer.
• Build external networks in the UAE and international markets.
