Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a seasoned Head of Cybersecurity Operations and Infrastructure Security to lead technical security across networks, cloud, endpoints and OT in Abu Dhabi. This on-site role reports to VP Digital & Technology and drives strategy, governance, threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management.

You will oversee SOC operations, SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, and lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring regulatory alignment and continuous security improvement in a banking

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in cybersecurity operations.
• Experience directing SOC and threat management.
• Strong knowledge of network/server security, IAM and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern cybersecurity operations roadmap aligned with policies.
• Oversee SOC operations, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR technologies.
• Lead security architecture across networks, cloud, endpoints and OT environments.
• Coordinate with governance on risk and remediation priorities.
