Job summary

You will design evaluation frameworks, develop competency criteria, drive succession planning, monitor KPIs, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Business Administration.
• Minimum experience: Bachelor's degree 10 years; Master's degree 7 years; Doctorate 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the department and its organizational units, ensuring effective performance and clear responsibilities.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee performance management.
• Develop strategic and operational plans, performance indicators, KPIs, and quality measures.
• Design and implement effective performance evaluation frameworks and systems.
• Develop competency and performance assessment criteria to support continuous improvement.
• Identify high-potential employees and develop talent, professional development, and succession plans.
• Lead strategies for evaluating and improving the performance of school staff and educational professionals.
• Analyze performance data to identify strengths, gaps, and development requirements.
• Develop performance improvement plans based on employee assessment results.
• Lead departmental procedures, work methods, performance indicators, and quality standards.
• Monitor and improve administrative processes, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and service delivery.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
• Develop team-building and continuous learning initiatives to maintain high standards of departmental performance.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Perform other duties related to the department as assigned by senior leadership
