Freelancerprox in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Director of Analyst Relations to lead our analyst relations program, build strategic partnerships with top firms, and elevate our position in a competitive tech market.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to design programs, manage budgets, brief analysts, and drive measurable coverage that informs strategic decisions at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in analyst relations, public relations, or marketing in the technology industry.
• Proven track record building relationships with industry analysts.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of the Middle East market and culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy to enhance Freelancerprox's reputation and visibility in the market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key analysts from leading firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and communications with analysts.
• Organize and coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and other interactions to educate and influence analysts about Freelancerprox's products, services, and market positioning.
• Monitor and analyze analyst reports and coverage to identify opportunities and risks and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Plan and execute analyst events such as briefings, summits, and conferences to showcase Freelancerprox's capabilities and thought leadership.
• Develop and manage the budget for analyst relations activities including events, subscriptions, and analyst firm contracts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to the company's leadership team.
