Job summary

Anduril seeks an experienced Director of Global Supply Chain Integration for the Middle East. This hybrid role sits between supply chain and growth, building supplier relationships in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and the broader region while advising growth teams on strategic sourcing and risk management.

You will shape pre-contract strategy, manage multi-tier supplier networks, and ensure regulatory compliance across GCC markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, engineering, business, or related field.
• 12 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement in defense/aerospace/tech.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic working proficiency preferred.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and travel regionally/internationally (30–40%).
• Ability to work across international time zones with U.S. partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth and partnership development across UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.
• Shape pre-contract strategy, scope definition, and term sheet generation.
• Be the supply chain voice in go/no-go decisions with risk insights.
• Lead regional supplier engagement and onboarding processes.
