Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager for the Middle East to build and lead a scalable ME logistics network, ensuring fast, reliable, and cost-efficient operations supporting mission-critical programs.

You will own end-to-end logistics strategy, partner with global teams, and drive day-to-day execution with precision across multiple geographies in the ME region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management with Middle East experience.
  • Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment with a strong focus on the Middle East.
  • Experience scaling logistics in early-stage or rapidly growing organizations.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead all logistics operations across the Middle East region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy.
  • Partner with global logistics leadership to align regional execution with enterprise strategy and objectives.
  • Partner with regional Operations and Business Line teams to coordinate logistics across various geographies.
  • Develop and execute carrier strategy across all required modes, including LTL/FTL, air, ocean, and parcel.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last‑mile providers.
  • Drive service-level performance, cost optimization, and capacity planning.
  • Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for network efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Build scalable processes to support rapid growth and program expansion.
  • Partner with internal compliance teams and external brokers to ensure import/export compliance.
  • Lead regional logistics sourcing and procurement efforts in collaboration with enterprise logistics strategy and team.
  • Run RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance.
  • Own regional logistics spend and deliver against cost targets.
  • Establish and track KPIs (cost, service, transit time, reliability).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network.
  • Implement tools and reporting to increase visibility, control, and standard work.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Manager Middle East to build, lead, and improve our regional logistics function within the Middle East (ME) region. This role will establish and scale a high‑performance ME logistics network ensuring we can operate quickly and reliably across the region. It is a high‑impact role responsible for end‑to‑end logistics strategy execution and carrier management across the broader ME region. You will act as the regional owner of logistics and transportation functions, ensuring our supply chain is fast, resilient, and cost‑effective in support of mission‑critical programs. The role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, designing scalable logistics solutions while also driving day‑to‑day execution with precision.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Andurils Middle East team delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects from across Andurils portfolio to regional customers. The Middle East team delivers Andurils core products adapting and applying the products to serve a variety of defense and commercial customers in the Middle East market. As this team rapidly expands, this role requires an applicant willing to take on diverse responsibilities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Regional Logistics Leadership
  • Own and lead all logistics operations across the Middle East region.

Logistics Strategy & Network Design

Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and track KPIs (cost, service, transit time, reliability).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network.
  • Implement tools and reporting to increase visibility, control, and standard work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (master\'s preferred).
  • 8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management with Middle East experience.
  • Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment with a strong focus on the Middle East region.
  • Experience scaling logistics in early‑stage or rapidly growing organizations.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or high‑technology manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth or ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Six Sigma certification or Lean training preferred.
