Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Global Supply Chain Integration for the Middle East to drive strategic growth and build supplier networks across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and the broader region. This role sits at the intersection of growth, strategic sourcing, and supply chain risk management, shaping pre-contract decisions and enabling rapid regional scaling.

12+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement focused on contract manufacturing, preferably within defense, aerospace, or advanced tech industries.
Professional fluency in English (written and verbal); professional working proficiency in Arabic strongly preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and travel 30–40% regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic growth and partnership development across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar, shaping pre-contract strategy and term sheets.
Build and optimize Middle East supply networks with regional suppliers across diverse categories.
Provide expert advisory to regional partners and align sourcing strategies with product roadmaps and security considerations.
Bridge cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, program) with suppliers to enable rapid scaling and localization efforts.
