Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize operations across the Middle East. You will drive continuous improvements, manage regional warehouses and logistics partners, and provide performance insights through dashboards and KPI reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP familiarity, and experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, store openings, and market expansions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail Operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement capability.
• Experience managing logistics providers, contracts, and supplier performance.
• Advanced ERP, systems integration, and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of international logistics, warehousing, customs, VAT, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and improve service levels.
• Identify and manage automation, system enhancements and process improvements.
• Drive regional supply chain planning processes and develop scalable solutions.
• Support market entries, store openings, relocations, and launches.
• Escalate and resolve supply chain, logistics, and warehouse issues.
• Develop and maintain S&OP processes with cross-functional teams.
