Job summary

GMG is seeking a Director - Finance to provide strategic financial leadership across a diversified portfolio. You will partner with senior executives, influence major business decisions, and drive sustainable growth through financial excellence.

You will lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management, optimize capital allocation, strengthen governance, and mentor high-performing finance teams in a dynamic retail/FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading finance within a large, multi-business organization or retail/FMCG environment.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering capabilities.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence executives.
• Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, or automation.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA is highly preferred.
