Job summary
Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Director, Digital & CRM to lead our digital ecosystem and guest engagement strategy across a premier resort. You will oversee Digital Channels, Guest-Facing Technology, Data Analytics, and CRM, ensuring seamless integration of technology and customer experience to drive engagement and commercial performance.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in a senior digital leadership role.
- Proven experience leading digital platforms, CRM programs, and customer data initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise CMS and CRM platforms.
- Experience with CDP, analytics tools, and digital performance optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Digital Channels, Guest-Facing Technology, Data Analytics, and CRM.
- Own end-to-end digital guest journey and CRM infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, IT and Corporate teams.
- Drive personalization, conversion, loyalty, and guest satisfaction through data-driven decisions.
