Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Commercial for the UAE to lead the commercialization of new products across new and existing customers in the UAE. Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial judgment.
• Proven ability to deliver fast sales outcomes across a mix of client types (including large financial institutions).
• Strong project management with track record of delivering sales and product outcomes in partnership with others.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and net revenue targets for Mastercard products and services in the UAE.
• Develop and manage a sales program with account teams and product verticals; prepare and present executive updates.
• Identify opportunities through customer strategies and white spaces; create bespoke sales plans to drive adoption.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver product outcomes including launch, customization and commercialization.
• Negotiate, execute, and manage customer agreements while coordinating resources across teams.
• Create and implement sales plans covering business development, marketing, product management, and customer engagement.
• Guide product development with CSC, services and product teams; align features and benefits to customer needs.
• Build a customer marketing pipeline to strengthen portfolio performance.
