You will partner with hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI platforms, run discovery workshops, and translate complex business needs into robust technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Architectural Pedigree: 12+ years in cloud/data engineering transformations with AI components.
• Technical Growth Leadership: delivering high-impact, revenue-generating solutions for strategic clients.
• Client-Facing Technical Lead: trusted advisor guiding complex cloud/data solutions.
• Locally Tuned Ecosystem Navigation: deep understanding of regional hyperscalers and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a founder mindset to drive growth and client value.
• Own revenue: forecast, chase, close, and delivery of outcomes.
• Architect and execute GTM strategies collaborating with hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI platforms.
• Consult and represent Searce in client meetings and technology forums.
• Facilitate discovery workshops using first-principles thinking and evlos methodology.
