Job summary

Teamware Solutions is hiring an experienced Architect for a leading UAE enterprise. The role requires 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in Architecture, and hands-on cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) to design end-to-end enterprise solutions across apps, data, and security.

You will drive cloud adoption, modernization, and AI-enabled architectures while guiding DevOps and architecture teams through ADRs and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Application / Solution / Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong experience in large-scale enterprise application architecture and end-to-end solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including cloud architecture, scalability, security, resilience, and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware, messaging, and data integration.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, AI APIs, intelligent search, automation, and AI governance.
• Strong understanding of security, IAM, SSO, MFA, encryption, secure APIs, and application security.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, automation, and deployment strategies.
• Experience in application modernization, cloud adoption, technical debt reduction, and legacy transformation.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, observability, high availability, disaster recovery, and production operations.
• Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Business Systems is preferred.
• Experience working with Architecture Review Boards, Enterprise Architecture teams, and Domain Architects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with hybrid cloud, scalable enterprise platforms, and cloud transformation.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, model integration, and AI solution governance.
• Experience creating Solution Architecture Documents, Application Diagrams, System Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Deployment Views, Technical Design Documents, and ADRs.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, engineering teams, integration architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions across applications, cloud, data, integrations, infrastructure, security, and operations.
• Define solution architecture, technical patterns, APIs, integrations, scalability, and modernization strategies.
• Drive cloud adoption, application modernization, platform consolidation, and legacy system rationalization.
• Design AI-enabled solutions using GenAI, AI APIs, intelligent search, automation, and responsible AI practices.
• Guide engineering teams on architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Integration, Infrastructure, Security, and Domain Architects to ensure architecture alignment and governance.
• Define security, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and operational strategies.
• Create solution architecture documents, system diagrams, data flows, technical designs, and ADRs.
