Job summary

Spectro Cloud seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead complex enterprise conversations in the Middle East, focusing on Kubernetes and AI infrastructure. Based in Dubai, you will design, deploy, and advocate Palette platforms with customers and partners, translating technical detail into clear business value for executives and technical teams.

You will drive discovery, craft compelling architectural proposals, and influence product direction while enabling partners across the region.

Qualifications

6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar roles.
Kubernetes expertise; CKA certification preferred.
Experience with CI/CD tooling and multi-cloud/hybrid deployments.
Proven ability to articulate ROI and business value to executives.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to support enterprise opportunities in the EMEA region.
Lead technical discovery sessions, demos, and value-based engagements.
Translate requirements into solution architectures using Palette, Palette Vertex, PaletteAI.
Deliver workshops and enablement for technical and executive audiences.
Provide field feedback to influence product direction and GTM strategy.
Support partner enablement and joint customer engagements in the region.
Represent Spectro Cloud at industry events across the Middle East.
Develop expertise in regional regulatory requirements and compliance.
