Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for enterprise AI platforms and SaaS products.
• Lead and manage large-scale engineering organizations comprising software, platform, cloud, DevOps, and AI engineering teams.
• Oversee the design, development, deployment, and operation of highly scalable cloud-native platforms.
• Drive engineering excellence, architecture governance, and software development best practices.
• Lead the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Establish technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives and product strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology investments and innovation initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering leaders and technical teams.
• Drive Agile delivery, DevOps maturity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, availability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage engineering budgets, resource planning, and organizational growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric delivery.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement across product, operations, security, and commercial teams.
